====Letter from Postmaster====
{{Theory}}
The first letter the Postman delivers to Link is sent by the [[Postmaster]], and basically says that the Postman is a great worker and urges Link to be nice to the Postman.{{Ref|PH|701|Postman}} After the Postman finishes reading it out loud, he remarks how awkward it was to read aloud, even adding in that it's ''"Not like I wrote it..."''.{{Ref|PH|728|Postman}} It is theorized that the Postman might have written this letter to Link as a way to boost his confidence. However, this theory has not been proved.

===Spirit Tracks===
In ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks|Spirit Tracks]]'', the Postman has the exact same appearance and role as he does in ''Phantom Hourglass''. Although, unlike his ''Phantom Hourglass'' counterpart, the Postman in ''Spirit Tracks'' does not have wings, and thus cannot fly. He instead runs to deliver letters and other various parcels, like his previous incarnations.
