Gohma Larva are small insects that appear in ''Ocarina of Time''. They are the larva of a fully grown [[Gohma]] with a vulnerable center eye. They are found exclusively [[Inside the Deku Tree]]. They are usually found in eggs which hang on ceilings. If [[Link]] stands below them, their eggs fall down and hatch. If Link hits the eggs with the [[Fairy Slingshot]], they will be completely destroyed. If one sees Link, its eye turns red and takes a big leap towards Link to pounce him. If Link hits it once, it cowardly runs away. If Link hits it twice, it will be defeated. If Link hits it once with a [[Deku Stick]], it will be instantly defeated.

In ''Cadence of Hyrule'', Gohma Larva can be found in the [[Lost Swamp]] and [[Hyrule Castle]] during the boss battle with [[Octavo]]. Both Octavo and [[Gohmaracas]] can spawn them. They come in two variants, red and black, with the black variant having an additional HP. On their own, Gohma Larva pose very little threat, but if left alone their numbers can become overwhelming.
