To find and obtain the Drillshaft head east towards the overhanging cliffs on the path from where Dugby is, climb up all the way to the top. You will see two large boulder like hills, head towards the one in the back (the biggest one). Go left and roam towards the back of the giant hill rock and you'll see breakable stone wall. The Drillshaft will be there.

If you already have the quest marker on, return to Dugby to complete the quest.
At the nearby overhanging cliffs, climb all the way to the top of the middle cliff. Head towards the tallest peak of the cliffs, and wrap around to the east side. There will be a breakable rock wall that is a different color and texture than the surrounding stone. The Drillshaft will be resting there.
