They will occasionally drop a Moblin Horn or Moblin Fang when defeated. After each Moblin is defeated, the player will receive a Moblin Trophy, which can be used to complete quests or upgrade weapons of the various warriors. Stronger variants and elemental variants of Moblin are very common, with their being Blue Moblin, Black Moblin, Silver Moblin, Electric Moblin, Fire Moblin, Ice Moblin, and Stalmoblin. The stronger variants appear in later scenarios, with the elemental variants appearing in levels corresponding to their elements.

Moblins return with their appearance similar to Breath of the Wild with the main difference now being that each variant comes with their own signature horn, which can be harvested to fuse with weapons and cook with elixirs. Link can find them in various enemy encampments across Hyrule. Moblins will often be seen carrying low level unfused and fused weapons, often fused with crude materials such as rocks and mushrooms.
A good strategy is to use Two-Handed Weapons to knock over the Moblin before it can attack. Other weapons will not make them fall, but instead merely flinch. Moblins have excellent reach and can knock down Link with a single punch, but have difficulties fending off attacks from close quarters. They also now execute a headbutt attack, where they will slam their horns into the ground in an attempt to crush Link with them. If accompanied by Bokoblins but unarmed, and having no weapons within reach, Moblins may grab Bokoblins from where they stand and throw them at Link. Standard Moblins will drop the Moblin Horn upon defeat.
If presented with any form of meat, they will eat it, restoring themselves to full health.
Blue Moblin
A slightly stronger variant of the Red Moblin. Upon death, they drop the two-pronged Blue Moblin Horn and may drop some Moblin Guts and Moblin Fangs.
Black Moblin
Even more powerful than the Blue variant, these Moblins are usually the leader of their pack. They attack quicker, and carry stronger base unfused and fused weapons, fused with stronger materials such as Spiked Iron Balls.
Upon death, they drop large Black Moblin Horns.
Silver Moblin
These are the most powerful versions of the Moblin in the current game. They are much more aggressive than any other versions, and have faster attacking speed, often throwing rocks and bomb barrels from long distance, and have significantly more health than weaker variants. Upon death, they will drop twisted and barbed Silver Moblin Horns, which are excellent for fusing hammer type weapons.
Stalmoblin
Stalmoblin
This variant of Moblin only appears at night, and behaves very similarly to creatures such as Stalchildren from previous games. They only have 1 HP, but when struck, their heads will drop to the ground, and will need to be destroyed in order to be fully rid of Stalmoblin. They often appear in groups of 2 or 3. Like other Stal enemies in Tears of the Kingdom, they can also be instantly defeated if Link shoots a Dazzlefruit anywhere in their range.
