Interact with the construct steward just west of [[Dueling Peaks]] and just south of the road by [[Squabble River]] to start this quest. Make and grab an ice block and bring it back toward the steward. Orient it to a diamond shape and place it in the leftmost hole. Return to the water and make another ice block; melt it slightly in the fire so it will fit in the middle hole. Return and make a third ice block, again melting it slightly in the fire to fit in the rightmost hole. There is some leeway on size when melting, so don't worry too much and just try and get it to generally fit in the space.
