==Overview==

Unlike the more common Bot, Bits cannot jump, {{Ref|[https://www.zeldadungeon.net/gallery/displayimage.php?album{{=}}256&pid{{=}}11467#top_display_media The Adventure of Link manual] (US version), pg. 26|A jelly-like monster that wobbles about. Watch out! Bot jumps.}} They inch towards [[Link (The Legend of Zelda)#The Adventure of Link|Link]] and damage him when they touch him.{{Ref|[https://web.archive.org/web/20150722213853/http://www.zelda.com/universe/pedia/b.jsp The Great Hyrule Encyclopedia]|Bits are red gelatinous blobs which mindlessly search for food by bouncing along the ground.}} Until Link's sword power reaches level 2, it will take two strikes to defeat these enemies.
