Ganon's Tower is where Ganondorf and his Puppet Ganon reside in The Wind Waker. Link must cut off the strings attached to Puppet Ganon and shoot his Blue Glass Orbit with his Light Arrows. Puppet Ganon then transforms to his Spider form and crawls up the walls and in the air. Link must then move quickly to not let him crash on him. The hero aims and shoots at his glass orbit, and Puppet Ganon then transforms to his Moldorm form.
Puppet Ganon is a Boss present in the Ganon's Tower dungeon in the The Wind Waker, fought just before the final clash against Ganondorf, this monstrous colossal marionette proves to be quite the challenge before the Last Boss is encountered in the game. When Link fights Puppet Ganon the battle shifts through three phases, each one with this monstrosity taking on a new form.
This is where he slicks through the floor around the locale. Link can stop him by hitting him in the head.

Battle
First Phase: Ganon Form
This first phase of the battle is initiated after a scene plays where Link and Ganondorf discuss about Zelda's dreams and about how what the King had said was all ridiculous, the Gerudo then states how it was their gods who destroyed them. After this Ganondorf states the he was waiting for Link to arrive, waiting for the Hero, and after this he tells him to not betray his expectations and begins to deform until the curtains reveal that standing before Link now was none other than Puppet Ganon. Quickly the young hero takes out his Boomerang and readies it to cut loose some of the puppet’s strings, however Link must also watch himself for Puppet Ganon has remarkable reach and can literally punch him no matter where he’s positioned in the room. Link’s main target is the thread holding up Puppet Ganon’s tail for on the tip of the puppet’s tail was the crystal orb he needs to shoot with a Light Arrow, but with all the other threads there getting in the way, it may take a little while before he gets to cutting the one he needs. Over the course of the battle Puppet Ganon may resort to releasing some Keese to distract the young hero, or even return up to the room’s top area to reattach its severed threads, so Link really must not waste too much time here. After cutting the thread he desired, Link quickly takes out his Bow and shoots this crystal orb with a Light Arrow, in turn Puppet Ganon let out a painful groan and returned above to repair itself. After repeating this scenario two more times, Puppet Ganon began to writhe in pain and turns black, in response Link begins to do his victory dance but is cut short when the monstrous puppet slowly rises upwards and soon slams down on the ground before the young hero in a new spider form.

Second Phase: Spider Form
Now taking on the shape of a spider, Puppet Ganon rises above the battle field and Link must now use the water on the ground to see where the large puppet is going to land, as Puppet Ganon’s reflection is clearly visible and the last thing the young hero wants is to get landed on. With Puppet Ganon spinning rapidly above him, Link seeks out the spaces between the large puppets long legs and avoids getting landed on, after this he quickly located the crystal orb located on Puppet Ganon’s backside and shot it with a Light Arrow. After the young hero successfully did this two more times Puppet Ganon once again writhes in, and then with a puff of smoke it soon returns to the battle field once again, this time around taking on a new snake like form.

Third Phase: Moldrom Form
Now taking on the shape of a snake, Puppet Ganon quickly slides around the room now, and Link really needs to watch himself or else the puppet will quickly knock the young hero around all over the place. With sword in hand, Link cautiously approaches the hyperactive puppet and gives it a good whack on the head, and in response Puppet Ganon in stopped in its tracks giving the young hero an opportunity to hit the crystal orb on the tip of its tail with a Light Arrow. After Link successfully did this two more times, Puppet Ganon writhes in pain for a third time and ultimately blows up for good, and the young hero is able to move on to face Ganondorf. Other methods Link could use to temporarily distract or stun Puppet Ganon would include throwing out some All-Purpose Bait, using a nicely placed Bomb, using his Skull Hammer to hit the puppets head as opposed to his Master Sword, or through sticking to the walls and attempting to shoot the orb on the puppet's tail while it moves around.
