This is a header [[Template:Ambox|Ambox]] used for flagging a duplicate article. It adds a notice and link to the destination article at the top of the article, and adds it to a category so it can easily be tracked by admins.

Place this template at the very top of an article (above any infoboxes, etc.), using '''<nowiki>{{Merge|Destination}}</nowiki>'''.  Replace "Destination" with the title of the destination article.

To define a custom description if the default doesn't correlate with the action to be taken, define a "desc" attribute instead of just the page title.
