Daruk: Difference between revisions

Daruk was killed when [[Ganon#Breath of the Wild|Ganon]] took over Divine Beast Vah Rudania. One hundred years later, [[Link#Breath of the Wild|Link]] returned to free the Divine Beast. Daruk's spirit greets him upon entering, stating that he is happy to see Link has finally arrived.{{Ref|[[The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild|Breath of the Wild]]|Hey, little guy! Long time no see. I always knew you'd come back. Y'know, I never stopped believing in you! You're here to take control of ol' Rudania back from Ganon, eh? He takes a moment to enjoy the scenery and he wonders how the Gorons have fared since the tragedy until he catches sight of his grandson, Yunobo who is also staring up at him.{{Ref|[[The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild|Breath of the Wild]]|Well, that oughta do it! We're set here, now we just gotta wait for the perfect shot. Once Link is in the castle, Rudania will unleash an epic blast. Ganon won't know what hit 'im! Hyrule looks pretty good from up here... even after a hundred years. The ol' rolling grounds sure are a sight for sore eyes. I wonder how the Gorons fared after the Great Calamity. After Calamity Ganon's defeat and Princess Zelda's freedom from her imprisonment, Daruk's spirit is shown with the other Champions and King Rhoam high above Hyrule Castle. After momentarily watching Link and Zelda depart, his spirit disappears along with the King and remaining Champions.
