King of Red Lions: Difference between revisions

After the unconscious Link wakes up, the King of Red Lions introduces himself to Link and says that he is the only boat who can speak the words of men.{{Ref|TWW|3082|King of Red Lions}} He also says he has been watching Link since he went to the Forsaken Fortress to save [[Aryll]] and that such a bold attempt was foolhardy.{{Ref|TWW|3083|King of Red Lions}} He then speaks about [[Ganon]],{{Ref|TWW|3084|King of Red Lions}} the very same Ganon the ancient legends speak of, who was sealed away and has returned to enshroud the world in evil.{{Ref|TWW|3085|King of Red Lions}}{{Ref|TWW|3086|King of Red Lions}}{{Ref|TWW|3087|King of Red Lions}}

The King of Red Lions says that he shall guide Link as they go forward,{{Ref|TWW|3090|King of Red Lions}}{{Ref|TWW|3091|King of Red Lions}}{{Ref|TWW|3092|King of Red Lions}} but says that although he is indeed a boat, he does not possess a [[Sail]],{{Ref|TWW|3093|King of Red Lions}} and tells Link to find one at the island so that they can travel across the Great Sea.{{Ref|TWW|3094|King of Red Lions}} After Link receives the [[Grappling Hook]], he can attach it on the boat as a salvage arm, which is used to find [[treasure]]s at the bottom of the ocean. The King of Red Lions also has a bomb cannon, which is used to shoot [[Bomb]]s. In ''[[The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD|The Wind Waker HD]]'', Link can find the [[Swift Sail]], which allows Link to travel even faster with the King of Red Lions.

The King of Red Lions is actually the [[King of Hyrule]], named [[Daphnes Nohansen Hyrule]].
