The '''Bombites (ボマー, Bomu)''' are enemies from [[The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening|Link's Awakening]] that resemble a [[Bomb]] with eyes and feet. They are based on [[Bob-omb]] from ''Super Mario series''. They are found in the dungeons of [[Koholint Island]]. They come in two varieties; green and red.

When Link attacks a Red Bombite, it will ricochet around the room, bouncing off of the walls. Red Bombites will explode a few seconds after Link hits them. When trying to defeat a red Bombite, try to hit it in a straight path, rather than diagonally. If Link hits them diagonally, it may be hard to predict their path and Link will end up being hit or having the Bombite explode near him. If the red Bombite touches another enemy while it is bouncing around the room, it will explode on contact and may defeat the enemy it touched.
