He is only accessible when [[Link]] is an adult and requires the [[Hover Boots]] to reach. If Link talks to him, he will sell 20 [[Bombchu]]s for 200 [[Rupee]]s. He always sells the same thing; however, he will never say what it is.{{Ref|OoT|1745|Carpet Merchant}} His face is never seen throughout the game. Note that whenever there is a puzzle requiring Bombchus in a dungeon, there will be a chest containing some nearby, making Bombchu Shops relatively useless. It is also worth remembering while buying Bombchus, that while there is no Bombchu Bag in ''Ocarina of Time'', the quantity Link can carry is limited to 50.
