It does a surprising amount of damage considering it isn't designed for combat, so it can be useful if the player has a deficiency of traditional weapons.

The Fishing Harpoon has a base power of 8 and base durability of 12, and can be found in lone locations in the [[Faron]] region, for example on the [[Bridge of Hylia]]. Residents of [[Lurelin Village]] also favor this spear for its fishing capabilities, and as a result many can be found lying around here.

The Throwing Spear has a base power of just 6 and base durability of 20, it is one of the weakest [[Spear]]s found in the game, with it only being more powerful than the [[Traveler's Spear]] and [[Moblin Spear]]. As Link adventures to the outskirts of Hyrule and finds more challenging enemies, the Throwing Spear quickly becomes obsolete and should only be used if it one of the only weapons that Link has in his arsenal.. It is simple in design, with a mostly wooden construction and a pointed tip to deal decent damage to enemies seen in the early game.

The Traveler's Spear has a base power of 3 and base durability of 30, it is the weakest Spear that Link can find in the game, with less power than other unconventional spear weapons such as the [[Wooden Mop]]. It is occasionally used by [[Bokoblin]]s and [[Moblin]]s in and around the [[Great Plateau]] area. One can be found inside the treasure chest located within the [[Keh Namut Shrine]]. It is a decent weapon suited for the early game, but it is quickly outclassed by other spears once Link gets off the Great Plateau. However, it along with other spears make for a useful weapon during horseback combat. The design is relatively simple with it being a long fashioned wooden pole with a metal spearhead used for additional damage.

The Soldier's Spear has a base power of 7 and base durability of 35, and is occasionally used by [[Bokoblin]]s and [[Moblin]]s in and around the [[Necluda]] area. It is a slight upgrade from the [[Traveler's Spear]], dealing more damage overall. Their designs are also relatively similar, both sporting a wooden pole, but the latter has a larger spearhead with an additional gut tool attached to the tip.

The Knight's Halberd has a base power of 13 and base durability of 40, and can typically be found in the possession of [[Moblin]]s in the [[Tabantha]] and [[Hebra]] regions of the map. It has a much more sophisticated design than less powerful spears, with and axe-like spearhead and a fully metal aesthetic, which ensures it will not catch fire, however during a thunderstorm it will act as a lightning-rod.

The spear is made entirely from wood, meaning it will catch fire if it is brought in close proximity with a flame. It also has a fairly low durability.

The Ceremonial Trident has a very fast use time, and has a power of 14 and base durability of 40. This item can be obtained from the [[Zora's Domain]] at any time. It is used in the Shrine Quest ''[[The Ceremonial Song]]'', where it is referenced by the Zora child Laruta. It can be found submerged underwater under the west bridge inside of the Zora's Domain, where it's obtained by using [[Magnesis]] on the trident. If broken, it can be repaired by [[Dento]]. The Ceremonial Trident he creates is identical in appearance to the [[Lightscale Trident]]; however it has a lower base power and durability.  

The Lightscale Trident has a very fast use time, and has a power of 22 and base durability of 70. [[Link]] obtains this weapon after saving [[Zora's Domain]] from the trouble caused by the [[Divine Beast]] [[Vah Ruta]]. It once belonged to the [[Mipha|Zora Champion Mipha]], but is gifted to Link by [[King Dorephan]] for his efforts.  

The Drillshaft has a power of 14 and base durability of 50, and can be used to mine [[Ore Deposit]]s found all over [[Hyrule]] with great effectiveness, due to the durability being fairly high in this regard.

The Feathered Spear has a base power of 10 and base durability of 35, and is typically used by members of the [[Rito]] tribe in and around the [[Tabantha]] Region. It utilizes wood and metal in the aesthetic, with a variety of feathers attached by the spearhead for additional visual flair.  

The Serpentine Spear has a base power of 12 and base durability of 35, and can be found in the occasional chest, mainly in [[Shrine of Trials]]. Some [[Lizalfos]] also tend to favor this weapon if they aren't wielding a [[Lizal Spear]].

The Ancient Spear has a base power of 30 and base durability of 50, and can be obtained by visiting the [[Akkala Ancient Tech Lab]].This weapon can only be obtained after [[Link]] has activated the Ancient Furnace, at which point he should speak with [[Cherry]], the robot, to trade 1,000 [[Rupee]]s, 15 [[Ancient Gear]]s, 5 [[Ancient Shaft]]s, and 2 [[Ancient Core]]s for the spear. When [[Link]] is carrying this weapon, only the handle shows; the blue parts only show up once it is held in the hand.

From taking a look at the aesthetic alone, the player can deduct that the durability on this once-prosperous halberd is rather destitute.

It can often be found in various [[Shrine of Trials]] scattered across [[Hyrule]], and very rarely can be seen wielded by [[Bokoblin]]s in the [[Eldin]] region. The spear has the ability to set enemies alight, but requires a short period of time to charge before unleashing the flames once more.  

The Frostspear has a base power of 20 and base durability of 40. The blade has the ability to freeze enemies, but requires a short period of time to charge before expelling the frost once more.

The Thunderspear is one of the elemental spears found in ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild|Breath of the Wild]]''. It has a base power of 22 and base durability of 50, and can be rarely found scattered around [[Hyrule]], but also in various [[Shrine of Trials]]. The spear has the ability to electrocute enemies, but requires a short period of time to charge before unleashing the electric shock once more.

The Boko Spear a base power of 2 and base durability of 12, it is the weakest [[Spear]] in the entire game, as well as being one of the least sturdy. This spear is rather weak and fragile and it is not a recommended weapon. Since it is made from wood, it will burn and therefore can carry flames, but not for a very long time. The spears can often by found at [[Bokoblin]] or [[Lizalfos]] camps, being used to skewer and roast various types of fish.

The Spiked Boko Spear has a base power of 6 and base durability of 15, and is a typical weapon used by [[Blue Bokoblin]]s in the [[Necluda]] region and its surrounding areas. Its design is similar to the traditional [[Boko Spear]], but affixed are various bones in order to increase the damage. Since it is made from wood, it will burn and therefore can carry flames, but not for a long time.

The Dragonbone Boko Spear has a base power of 12 and base durability of 20. Despite it having a low base damage, due to the nature of spears, it has a relatively high damage-per-second, which can take out enemies swiftly. The design, however, is simply a stick with some bones affixed to the tip, which signifies a fault in the durability sector.

The Moblin Spear has a base attack of 4 and a base durability of 15. This weapon is commonly found being wielded by Red Moblins all across [[Hyrule]]. Its construction is entirely wooden, with additional spiked twigs attached to the top as its main form of offense.

Its design is similar to that of the traditional [[Moblin Spear]], however resistant bones have been affixed in order to increase the mean damage for this weapon.

The Dragonbone Moblin Spear has a base power of 15 and base durability of 25, and is often used by Black [[Moblin]]s in the [[Eldin]] and [[Hebra]] regions of the game. Its appearance is identical to that of a traditional [[Moblin Spear]], but with multiple bones affixed to the tip of the stick to increase the damage output.  

The Lizal Spear has a base power of 7 and base durability of 18, and is often used by Green [[Lizalfos]] all over [[Hyrule]], but more prominently in the south of the map, in regions including [[Faron]]. In design, it is a simple wooden pole with a slightly fashioned piece of metal affixed with some rope as the spearhead. The durability on this weapon is below average.

The Enhanced Lizal Spear has a base power of 12 and base durability of 22, and is often used by [[Lizalfos]] all over [[Hyrule]], but more prominently in the south of the map, in regions including [[Faron]]. It is an upgraded version of the basic [[Lizal Spear]], but with a sharper spearhead to increase its damage potential.

The Forked Lizal Spear has a base power of 18 and base durability of 28, and is often used by Black [[Lizalfos]] on the outskirts of the map, in regions such as [[Akkala]] or [[Hebra]]. It uses the same wooden pole other iterations of the [[Lizal Spear]] use, but on this particular weapon a pointed piece of metal which goes in two directions is attached to the tip. The material used here seems akin to that in the [[Lizal Boomerang]].

The Guardian Spear has a base power of 10 and base durability of 20, and can be found inside of [[Shrine of Trials]], typically wielded by [[Guardian Scout II]]s. When [[Link]] is carrying this weapon, only the handle shows; the blue parts only show up once it is held in the hand.

Despite having a low base damage in comparison to other weapon types, this [[Lynel]] property is still rather effective, since spears have a high attack rate, the overall damage-per-second is sky-high with this spear.
