At the southeast part of the bay, right where it meets up with the adjacent Deepback Bay, there is a yellow flower. After collecting a series of flowers, it leads to a white flower on one of the rocks out in the sea, which causes a Korok to appear. Right next to where the large rock with the Korok is located, there is a treasure chest in the water. Pull it up with Magnesis and open it to get a Purple Rupee.

The Sheep Rustlers
As part of The Sheep Rustlers sidequest, Koyin, who can be found managing a farm on the eastern outskirts of Hateno Village, has tasked Link in recovering her stolen sheep. These sheep are at the Hateno Beach, right alongside the Hateno Bay. There is a large Moblin camp here, with dangerous Blue Moblin and Black Bokoblin. Defeating all of the enemies at the camp and then returning and speaking with Koyin will complete the quest. The camp also has a treasure chest that contains a Ruby gem.
