Snappers use whips identical to [[Link]]'s. The whip makes close combat nearly impossible, making normal sword attacks difficult. Link can use the [[Boomerang]] to stun it from behind, or a normal long ranged weapon as well. If a Snapper has Link in its grasp, he can wait until it cracks him towards it, then attack with the sword or use a spin attack.
