:Hey, welcome to the site. The Eldin tower is marked on the map already, the issue seems to be on your end. It could be an unfortunate glitch, or you may have accidentally marked it as completed. I was wondering if the shrines that you unlock in the DLC main quest The Champions' Ballad are counted as 'shrines'. If so please can I contribute to adding them to the map as I have some locations.
