Brozhan is a character in Tears of the Kingdom.

Brozhan is a Hylian who can be found reading the Lucky Clover Gazette Newspaper at the Foothill Stable. He will read off various stories from the newspaper, depending on Link's progress along on his quest.
Brozhan doesn't know what's going on with the Zonai Survey Team at the stable, who are only wearing underpants. However, he thinks it would be incredibly awkward to ask what they are doing.[1]

Brozhan advises that anyone going to Rito Village should prepare for harsh, freezing weather.
