The Zora Scale must be shown to the Zora in the [[Sea of Storms]] to gain access to the area the [[Piratians]] are found. Giving the Zora Scale to the [[Captain (Oracle Games)|Captain]] of the Piratians will result in Link receiving the [[Tokay Eyeball]], which is need to access the [[Ancient Tomb]].

Link can sell it to the Treasure Teller on [[Mercay Island]]. The amount of [[Rupee]]s he receives varies on the uniqueness of the player's saved file. Other that that, it can also be sold to the [[Ho Ho Tribe]], but only on certain days.
