Glide to the circle of water lilies and then fall into it.

Fall through the ring of water lilies. Or use cryonis pillars to get to the water lillies and instead, dive in.

The seed platform for this race is along the line of the ridge to the southeast. It's the peak just uphill to the west of the Soh Kofi Shrine. Once you reach the seed platform, glide and sprint to the end for your seed.
