Bureaucrat is a largely unused rank on Zelda Dungeon Wiki. All administrators are added to the bureaucrat group and there is no distinction made between the two. They should be referred to only as administrators, effectively making administrator the highest rank on Zelda Dungeon Wiki. This was done because it was decided the effective difference was symbolic only and was considered to cause more problems than it would solve.
