Zelda Dungeon Wiki:Bureaucrats

Bureaucrat is a largely unused rank on Zelda Dungeon Wiki. All administrators are added to the bureaucrat group and there is no distinction made between the two and they are refered to only as administrators and that makes administrator the highest effective rank on Zelda Dungeon Wiki. This was done because it was decided the effective difference was symbolic only and was considered to cause more problems than it would solve.
