Appearances and Worth
Ocarina of Time
The yellow rupee is the most valuable rupee in Ocarina of Time as it is worth 200 rupees. One of the ways you can acquire the yellow rupee is by completing the Gold Skulltula Quest and then going to the Skulltula House in Kakariko Village. Once you are inside talk to the Skulltula at the front and he will give you a yellow rupee. He will do this every time you talk to him from then on.
Majora's Mask
In Majora's Mask the yellow rupee is worth 200 rupees and is the most valuable rupee in the game and hence it is very rare.
The Wind Waker
The worth of the yellow rupee in The Wind Waker is worth only 10 rupees and it is the third most valuable rupee in the game and it is fairly common.
Twilight Princess
In Twilight Princess the yellow rupee is worth 10 rupees making it the third most valuable rupee in the game and is fairly common.
