A Tip For Edits

Hey there, bud. I know it's been awhile since you've edited the Wiki therefore I wanted to remind you of several things to watch out for.

When you make a page be sure to use Infoboxes. You can find a variety of Infoboxes here. In addition to creating pages, make sure you use categories. For example: {{Cat|Phantom Hourglass Items}}. You'll want to include the "Game Name" and category it falls into such as items, locations, or dungeons. Not every page will need a category, and not every page will need an Infobox; don't sweat it. If you ever feel a page should have more information added to it, be sure to mark it as a stub by inserting {{Stub}}.

Be sure to link as well using the [[]] command. You need only link a specific person, place, or item, etc. of interest once within a page. When mentioning the thing you are creating a page for, it's wise to bold it the first time it's mentioned in discussion.

Good day to you, sir. I hope I mentioned everything I need to. Adieu. A LINK IN TIME 00:35, October 1, 2012 (CDT)

Quick Reminder

Hey, PT, how's it hangin'? I just wanted to remind you that Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Ages are two separate links. The former is a link to a disambiguation page, while the latter is a link to the actual game. You don't actually have to type the whole ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages|Oracle of Ages]]'' out. Instead, scroll to the bottom where you'll find a list of all the Zelda games. Once there, click OoA and the link will automatically be inserted into your article. I hope this helps, take care! New Infoboxes

Hey, PhantomTriforce. I just wanted to let you know that we no longer use the infoboxes such as Template:Item or Template:Location. All infoboxes now use the simple Template:Infobox. That page should explain how to use it. Copy the code from there instead from now on; some of the tabs on the old infoboxes no longer work. If you still have questions, feel free to ask at any time!
