Requirements

The Horned Statue is just north of Firly Pond, however, to help find it, first look for Teebo. Teebo is a child available near the entrance to town roughly between noon and 7pm. Talk to him and he will lead you to the statue. The statue is technically the questgiver of this quest so you can skip the step with Teebo if you want.

Walkthrough

Speak to the statue to have it take your essence, and then speak to it again to get it back. Quest complete.

From this point on, you can sell the statue what you don't want for 100 rupees and buy back what you do want for 120, costing you 20 rupees per use. This is useful for when you need more stamina than you need life, or vice versa. Or you can go solve more shrines.
