Requirements
Teebo is available near the entrance to town roughly between noon and 7 pm.
Walkthrough
Talk to Teebo and agree to follow him.
Speak to the statue to have it take your essence, and then speak to it again to get it back.
From this point on, you can sell the statue what you don't want for 100 rupees and buy back what you do want for 120, costing you 20 rupees per use. This is useful for when you need more stamina than you need life, or vice versa. Or you can go solve more shrines.
