It would be good to provide a better solution for seed 564, but by the time you have enough room to throw octo balloons on it, you have enough room to stand on the pillar with it, and you can just use stasis and melee at that point which is easier than anything else. I had a lot of trouble with this seed. I ended up climbing to the top of the boulder, and using stasis + a jump strike on it just once to knock it off. Then slowly using stasis to inch it to the corner. I knocked it off the raised area the first time and had a hard time getting it back up. | |||

It would be good to provide a better solution for seed 564, but by the time you have enough room to throw octo balloons on it, you have enough room to stand on the pillar with it, and you can just use stasis and melee at that point which is easier than anything else.
