Spectable Rock is a location found in Breath of the Wild.

Pick up the rock on top of the pillar.

Solve the Magnesis block puzzle.

Solve the Magnesis Block puzzle. If you can't remove the block easily, climb up and press A to pick it up instead of using Magnesis.

Shoot the ballon underneath the rock bridge.

Just to the north is a seed platform on a wooden platform. Race to the ring for the seed.
