The Song of Double Time is a song in Majora's Mask, performed by playing each note of the first bar of the Song of Time twice. Like the Inverted Song of Time, it is neither directly taught to Link nor stored in the Songs menu on the Quest Status pane.

"I know a mysterious song that allows you to manipulate the flow of time." - Stylin' Scarecrow

Technically, Link can play the Song of Double Time as soon as he has played the Song of Time for the first time. To find a hint of its existence, he can find a Scarecrow inside of the Astral Observatory or Trading Post, who hints to Link that playing each note of the Song of Time twice in a row will play the Song of Double Time.MM

The Song of Double Time is featured in Majora's Mask. It serves as somewhat of a remix of the Song of Time, and their abilities are completely opposite.

The Song of Double Time serves a similar purpose to the Sun's Song from Ocarina of Time. Both have the ability to turn it either night or day; only there is a disadvantage to this in Majora's Mask. Since Link only has 72 hours to save Termina, using this song is not always the wisest choice.

Link is unable to use this song after 6:00 PM on the Final Day, because technically, there is no more time to move forward to.

The Song of Double Time was heavily altered in Majora's Mask 3D. Instead of moving to the next Dawn or Night, it allows Link to move forward in as little as one-hour increments.

Inside the Astral Observatory, there is a scarecrow that will teach Link the Double Song of Time. After Link plays the song, the Stylin' Scarecrow will do his dance, and time will move forwards to either 6:00 PM, or 6:00 AM, whichever is closest to the previous time.
