Soal is a young boy who makes his living in Castle Town as a shoe shiner. Soal works just outside of Chudley's Fine Goods and Fancy Trinkets Emporium where he will offer to polish Link's shoes for a small fee of 10 Rupees. This is necessary if Link is to be allowed into Chudley's Emporium.
