The owner of the Lumpy Pumpkin is very proud (and protective) of his fancy chandelier (that has a Piece of Heart on top of it). Upstairs you can see signs warning customers not to bonk anything. Purposefully roll repeatedly into the railing or wall nearby (upstairs that is) to make it crash down, and then snag the Piece of Heart.
