After getting the [[Kokiri Sword]] and the [[Deku Shield]] in [[Kokiri Forest]], [[Mido]] will allow Link to approach the [[Great Deku Tree]], who will tell him that he is cursed and that he wants Link to enter his mouth. Link will do so, and enter the first dungeon of the game.

Once inside, Link will run into all sorts of enemies. As he works his way through, he will acquire the [[Fairy Slingshot]], which must be used to battle and defeat [[Queen Gohma]]. When she is defeated, Link receives the [[Kokiri Emerald]], the first of three Spiritual Stones, and a [[Heart Container]].
