The Termina [[Adventure Mode]] map involves the Moon as a major mechanic. There is a 72 "hour" countdown, and each time a stage is completed, one hour is subtracted and the moon grows closer. Once the countdown hits 0, the map is reset - all squares except the starting square, completed [[Owl Statue]] stages, and squares surrounding those stages are locked and the countdown returns to 72. Rewards and Item Cards received are not lost. Ranks achieved are also saved, so if a player previously unlocked a stage by achieving an "A" rank on an adjacent stage, the player would only need to complete that stage with any rank the next time around.
