Located inside the Cape Cales Cliffbase Cave, which can only be accessed via sailing on a raft, swimming, or gliding down from the cliff above. Once at the entrance, you must whistle to open the stone door blocking your path. Inside, the chest can be found on the pirate ship behind some wooden boxes, next to a camp of stalkoblins and a stalmoblin.
