Step on the stump (found on a small island below the main island) and quickly jump off the edge to catch the light.

	~~Once you find~~ the ~~shrine, head outside and stand~~ on ~~the cliff looking out. Look down and slightly to your left and you will notice~~ a small island~~. Step on~~ the ~~stump~~ and ~~interact with~~ the light ~~in midair for your seed~~.
