Side quest must be activated in order to access the shrine.
This is in {{MapLink|Eventide Island Cave|Cave_HateruEast_0013}}. The gate to this area is closed until the pirate ship appears, which occurs after defeating the three Monster Forces locations on the island.
 
 
After Link clears all three camps of [[Seeking The Pirate Hideout]] side quest, Link must return to the man who gave you the quest. He'll ask you to find the pirate ship. From there, you can glide to the cave just behind the northmost cliff of the island to find [[Eventide Island Cave]]. Defeat the enemies on the ship and you'll be able to access the shrine right behind the ship. This is a Rauru's Blessing shrine.
