He can be found here when [[Link]] is a child, as well as when he becomes an adult. As an adult, Link can reach the top of the roof by using the [[Longshot]]. While not intended, Link can reach the top of this building as a child, by climbing to the top of the watch tower in the center of [[Kakariko Village]], and performing a side jump, allowing Link to climb up on top of a fence, where he can then reach the rooftop.
