Mad Scrub

The Mad Scrub, a relative of the Deku Scrub, seems to be a frenzied version of the regular business happy Deku Scrub.

Appearance

The Mad Scrub is an almost exact look-alike from the regular Deku Scrub. The only difference is its autumn leaf difference. Its skin is also slightly greener, both of these differences signify its madness.

Behavior

The behavior of the Mad Scrub is well known for the fact that it won't back down to sell you items or tell you hints, but instead run away from you until it gets back to its bush or it dies. It also shoots three Deku nuts instead of one. Like its relatives, it will hide from you if you get to close.

Habitats

The Mad Deku Scrub likes to be in the forest or around swamps, this is found because it lived in the Kokiri forest when link was an adult and he returned there, and he also found them as a child in the Sacred Forest Meadow, in Majora's Mask he found them around Woodfall.
