The Little Tipsters are two little girls in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker that have a history of sharing rumors. They try not to tell Link, but if he bribes them with 1 Rupee, they will give him some "tips".
They also appear in The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, where they attend Funday School.
