==Appearances==

Lanayru Province is the third province accessed in ''Twilight Princess''. It is also the largest province in the game. The Lanayru Province is located west of the [[Eldin Province]] and east of the [[Peak Province]] (in the [[Nintendo GameCube|GCN]] version). [[Hyrule Castle]], [[Castle Town]], [[Lake Hylia]], and [[Zora's Domain]] are all located here.

The Lanayru Province is one of the three major regions of ''Skyward Sword''. It is a large desert-themed area, but it was not always that way. Lanayru Desert was originally filled with lush scenery and was able to grow [[Ancient Flower]]s. Link views this past glory upon striking [[Timeshift Stone]]s permeating the region. That was until the war between the [[Hylia|Goddess]] and [[Demise|Demon King]] ensued. Afterward, the province was nothing but never-ending seas of sand and rolling [[Tumbleweed]]. The [[Ancient Robot]]s could no longer thrive in such conditions.
