Joanne is the sister of Jolene from Phantom Hourglass. She dresses up like a mermaid. She can be first seen in the waters surrounding Bannan Island. She only talks to Link if he defeats all enemies in the area. Joanne acts and dresses as if she is a mermaid for the Old Wayfarer.
