The Great Mayfly Fairy is a character from The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. She lives in a cave on Mount Crenel. Beside the cave there is a sign that says "No bomb throwing!". If Link throws a bomb into the Fairy's fountain she will ask him if he threw a silver or a golden bomb. If Link tells her that he only threw a normal bomb into her fountain, she will reward him for his honesty. Link can now carry 30 bombs. But if he says that he threw a golden or a silver bomb she will punish him and take away all his bombs. The next time he visits her and throws a bomb into her fountain, she will restore Link's health.

She looks exactly the same as the Great Fairy of Ice from Four Swords.
