The Force Era is the Era after the Era of Prosperity and the establishment of Hyrule Kingdom. It is the Era of the Legend of Zelda Minish Cap and Four Swords. It takes place before the era of Era of hero of time, the Hylian civil war and The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time.
