Dillie is a character in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
Breath of the Wild
Dillie can be found whilst being attacked by Bokoblins in the West Barrens. He is heading to Gerudo Town with Jora "looking for ladies".
Tears of the Kingdom
Dillie can be found trapped in the Rebonae Bridge Well. He says he went down there to get something he dropped and then the ladder broke. Use Ultrahand to reattach the piece of ladder that broke off for a Purple Rupee.
