The effects of the end dish is simply the sum of its parts. If an ingredient gives one level stat boost (e.g. cold resistance) for 30 seconds, cooking two of those ingredients together will give two levels for a minute.

Simplified mechanics

The effects of the end dish is simply the sum of its parts. If an ingredient gives one level stat boost (e.g. cold resistance) for 30 seconds, cooking two of those ingredients together will give two levels for a minute.
