The Blue Fire can be found on several pedestals around Ice Cavern, and can be collected an infinite number of times in a Bottle. To use the Blue fire, it must first be collected in a bottle. The player then uses the bottle again to drop the fire on the floor where the flames will expand and melt Red Ice blocks, gaining Link access to progress through the cavern.
