"The Arbiter's Grounds is little more than a collection of stone pillars in the northwest of Gerudo Desert. The design of the pillars is different from all the other ruins in Hyrule, which indicates that it is uniquely Gerudo. The ruins are currently buried in the sand, and little is known of them. A Molduga inhabits the area."

Creating a Champion, page 329

The Arbiter's Grounds is a location found in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom, and is a homage to the Arbiter's Grounds dungeon from Twilight Princess, although now presented as a ruin with no dungeon inside.
