Akkala Highlands Sky is a location in Tears of the Kingdom.

The Akkala Highlands Sky is found at the northeast portion of Hyrule, above the southern part of the Akkala region. It is part of the larger Akkala Sky.

Sokkala Sky Archipelago

The Sokkala Sky Archipelago is located within the Akkala Highlands Sky, and can be reached by gliding to the southeast after being launched from the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower. At the northwest part of the island, there is a Flux Construct II, titled the Guardian of Sokkala Sky Archipelago. The construct here holds a treasure chest which contains an Old Map.
