The Akkala Citadel Ruins are a location found in Breath of the Wild. There are three Guardian Skywatchers guarding the path leading up to Akkala Tower; therefore it highly recommended to have Ancient Arrows to explore this area.
Korok Seeds
Glide down to a ledge northwest of the Akkala Tower spawn and you'll find a pile of leaves waiting to be disturbed.
Respawn at the tower and glide almost straight south. You'll end up on a ledge with four cannons. Pick up the rock near the second one to discover the Korok.
