After talking to Fernison and unlocking The Tarrey Town Race Is On!, a series of light platforms will appear. Drive the vehicle to each light platform in sequence. Shabonne and Tali will congratulate you, and Fernison will give you a Silver Rupee and a Sleepover Ticket as reward, then open the Tarrey Town Race.
