Upon entering the grotto later in the same cycle, they will sell a Piece of Heart to Link for his silence; initially offering it for 150 rupees, but if Link refuses the first offer, they cut the price to 100 rupees. Whether Link declines again, or buys it for 100 rupees, the Scrub then leaves with his goods.
